# Built-in reports

Reference for the Distributions Report, the built-in report in every Pristo CX program: sends, complete responses and the answers to each question by date.

Every Pristo CX program has one built-in report, the **Distributions Report**. For one questionnaire and a date range, it shows how many times the questionnaire was sent, how many complete responses came back and how respondents answered each question. Its card comes first on the **Dashboards** tab and carries the **Built-in** badge.

## Summary

Pristo CX creates the report with the program. You cannot edit, rename, unpublish or delete it, and you cannot add other built-in reports.

## Controls

| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Questionnaire** | Chooses one questionnaire of the program. The report opens on the first questionnaire in the list |
| **Select date range** | **Today**, **Yesterday**, **This week**, **Previous week**, **This month**, **Previous month**, **This year** or **Last year**. The default is **This week** |
| Attribute filters | One list for each contact and event attribute of the questionnaire's population. Each list offers the values found in the date range's responses, and **None** for responses where the attribute is empty. Filters you set apply together |
| **Viewers** | For admins: chooses the viewers. See [Share a dashboard](https://docs.pristo.io/cx/dashboards/share-a-dashboard) |

The date range and the filters appear once the questionnaire has at least one response.

## Counts

| Count | What it counts |
|---|---|
| **Sends** | The times the questionnaire's distributions sent it in the date range |
| **Complete responses** | The complete responses submitted in the date range, from every channel, with their percentage of the sends |

Because complete responses include answers through share links and API links, the percentage can be above 100%. The attribute filters change the answers below, not these two counts.

## Answers to each question

| Question | What the report shows |
|---|---|
| Choice questions, **Smiley rating scale** and **Numeric rating scale** | A table of **Answer**, **Count** and **Percentage**, sorted from the most chosen answer. A question that allows several answers shows counts without percentages |
| **Scale grid** and **Checkbox grid** | One table for each row of the grid |
| Input fields and **Counter** | Up to 20 answers, either **Recent** (the newest first) or **Most significant** (the longest first). Each answer shows the respondent's attribute values and a link to its response |

Questions of other types, such as dates, files, locations and signatures, do not appear. A question with no answers in the date range shows **No data found for this section**.

## When there is nothing to show

- If the program has no questionnaires, the report shows only a message that says so.
- If the questionnaire has no responses yet, the report asks you to publish and share it. Admins get a link to **Share questionnaire** when the questionnaire is published, or to **Edit questionnaire** when it is not.
