Overview

Send events and generate survey links for Pristo CX.

Pristo API 1

The Pristo API lets your systems trigger event-based distributions and create personal survey links. Every request needs an API key in the X-API-Key header. API keys belong to one program and are created in the manager app (Standard and Pro plans). See https://docs.pristo.io/cx/api/authentication.

Request bodies are JSON (Content-Type: application/json) and at most 10,000 bytes. The API validates the body before it checks the API key, so a request with a bad body and a bad key returns the 400. Most 400 and 404 bodies are plain text, not JSON.
