Question types

This page lists every question type you can add in the Pristo CX form builder, with what it collects, its settings and its limits. It is for account admins and program admins who build questionnaires.

In the editor, point between two rows and select the plus sign. The list of question types opens with two tabs: Popular shows the most used entries, and All shows every entry in groups. Select an entry to add it, then select the new question to change its settings in the settings panel.

Some entries need the Standard or Pro plan. On the Free plan they show a lock icon and the tooltip Please upgrade to use this feature, and selecting them does nothing. See Plans and limits.

The All tab has these groups and entries. Several entries are presets of one question type, with settings already filled in.
