Releases covered: every release from 21 September to 11 October 2026. This page is updated as new releases ship in October.

  • Three text analysis widgets, Text sentiment, Text categories and Text intent, show what respondents write in open answers that Insights analyzes. Text analysis widgets
  • The add-widget dialog groups the widgets into four sections: Activity and volume, Scores and answers, Text analysis and Visual elements. Widget types

  • NPS and satisfaction widgets with a breakdown can show only the highest or lowest values, with a minimum number of responses for each value. Show only the highest or lowest values
  • Tooltips show how many responses each value is based on, widget tables have a Responses column, and breakdown tables of score widgets show a score bar in a color you choose. Display formats
  • An Alert count widget has Show details, which lists the alerts behind its number and links to the Alerts page with the same questionnaire, dates and status. Open alerts from a dashboard
  • Admins choose which program users can view each dashboard with Viewers…, and program users see only the published dashboards they are viewers of. Share a dashboard
  • The Distributions Report is a built-in card in the dashboards lobby, and program users can open it when an admin adds them as viewers. Built-in reports
  • Opening a dashboard you cannot view shows a message and returns you to the lobby instead of an error page. Share a dashboard
  • Lobby thumbnails show each widget the way it really looks on the dashboard. The dashboards lobby
  • Chart tooltips are no longer cut off at the edge of the widget, and charts use the app font. Dashboards overview
  • Every user now has one of three roles: Account admin, Program admin or Program user, and program admins and program users work only in the programs they are given. Roles and permissions
  • Existing users kept their access: users who were not admins became Program user in every program of the account and viewers of every dashboard that was published then and of the Distributions Report, and pending invitations became invitations for that role in every program. Manage who can use a program
  • Program users now see a program without the actions that change it, such as adding or deleting responses, the Management tab and population actions. Roles and permissions
  • A user who has no program yet sees You have no program access yet and is asked to contact an account admin. What a user without a program sees

  • The email about a questionnaire’s first response goes only to active account admins, and the email about the response limit goes only to account admins. Roles and permissions
  • Emails about a first response or a published questionnaire are sent in English when the recipient’s language is not available, instead of not being sent.

  • If you send email from your own domain, the warning about failed DNS checks is sent after the third failed check instead of the first, the domain is marked as failed only after its checks have kept failing for 24 hours, and a single failed check that recovers sends no warning. Verification checks

  • An unanswered question never matches Less, Less or equal, More, More or equal or Not equal in a show condition, and only Empty matches it. Show or hide questions with conditions
  • A respondent who tries to save answers to a response that was already submitted, for example in a second browser tab, sees Already submitted instead of a network error. The end page
